Questions 1
We publish the decisions taken after the vote and the GA on the site.
The classification of the GA is 1) virtual 2) mixed 3) face-to-face if less than 100km or jointly organized cycling meeting. We are going to try with the help of Peter Szabo next year a mixed GA in an intermediate place between most of the committee members and Peter (Luxembourg? Eupen? Maastricht? Cologne? Strasbourg?) with a date allowing the cycling outing ( April? May?) and hardware capable of mixing face-to-face and virtual speaking.. We will have to prepare this from the beginning of 2024.

Questions 4
As the vote was anonymous, there are requests for organizations and positions to be taken over. The secretary will send all the members of the Extended Committee to write to the central committee c6@bigcycling.eu to specify their name and what their request for position or activity is.

The meeting manager (Christiaan), with the help of the c6, will take care of those who want to organize an event and each year
- will propose a model organization request form containing the number of places available, the place, the planned ascents, the types of accommodation, the payment methods autonomous or linked to the Bigcycling budget, and an agreement (charter) of the organizer to open his meeting to all BIGCYCLING members.
- put on the site (or request help to do it) the official-hard meeting and/or the official-light meeting if the documents are filled in for this purpose.
- put on the site (or request help to do it) all the meetings suggested by the members having answered the e-mail from the secretary to organize, if the documents are completed properly.
- will progressively register the meetings suggested in the shared file of the Monthly Newsletter (stated above)
- will register the meeting with the Cent Cols in August if the 4 potential organizers of the votes come forward.
Question 7
The webmaster (Wouter) will insert the 5 current Ukrainians as eurobigs and Bigcycling will publish an appropriate regulation for this 7th eurobigs zone (composed of 5 elements instead of 10)
Question 8
The Newlist group (Eric and Daniel) will be able to decide on the change of the bigs without going through the vote on the construction of future natachas.
It will replace the Fafleralp due to lack of security
The C6 central committee alone will be able in the future to eliminate a BIG with imposing traffic all year round and all day long, whose automobile speed can exceed 80km/h and which has no additional media or tourist interest.

The review retains majority interest and will therefore be kept in paper format.
We will announce in the news and promote the publication in October of the year in review in PDF form on the site and promote it.
We are going to try to publish the computerized journal in single languages (for which languages?) with the means already produced in French this year by Dominique
For the paper magazine, you can go as far as asking €15

The President has made an appointment for a full day with the webmaster (Wouter) on Friday April 28th and they will deal with the pre-GA requests and the choices suggested by the votes, either
BEFORE the GA
1) fix small classements counters (latest natfra areas for example) *
2) rectify the San Marino map linked currently to Croatia. ***
3) include a flag for Kosovo on the map and in the legend map. ***
4) modify the pattern of diacritical writing of the 2nd name Vysielac Krizava > Vysielač Krížava **
5) restore the forwarding of internal messages to certain email addresses ****
AFTER THE GA AND THE VOTES
6) Newsletter to organize, shared file for the committee and automatic distribution. *****
7) increase payment delay between warning and removal of permissions *****
8) under the notes, indicate a place to put a separate explanatory GPX ****
9) insert the 5 Ukrainians in zone+7 and give them the same process as the other eurobigs *****
10) give the possibility to upload a photo from a mobile ****
11) give the possibility to hide birth and city data on a Google search ***
12) make the full date mandatory for the declaration and allow the committee to put a cross to authorize the year only ***
13) more room in a cloud for quality photos **
14) Integrate a password generator rather than a new password to change ****
15) do not crush a Superbig by declaring an Eurobig ****
16) Install a link with Strava if possible for times. *
17) Precise the reasons why the triangles are colored****

We will not be looking for managers for each challenge, the vote being in the minority.
