4) THE MATERIAL

Let's analyze finally the material with the clothes, the trophees, the stickers, the reviews, the newsletters, the forum and the bankcounts.
1) Clothes
Xavier and Marie Dredemy did a good job, just like they did since they take the job out of the hands of Bernard Giraudeau, our corsican member. But they are a little disappointed by two facts. The first one is that there was less clothes sold this year than previous ones. Of course, we're not a commercial association and it's not important for us to buy, but they mean that it's a pity not to be able to cross somebody somewhere in a climb and immediately to recognize him as a BIG's member with his clothes. The second one is sometimes the strong words that they receive back from some impatient members or from members having some request to change a clothe. Those questions or requests must exist of course but let's not forget that all the managers in our challenge aren't professional people , just free members working gratis for the challenge and giving their time for the health of the challenge and yours too. It would be kind for them to use not too strong words to fix the problems. Thanks !!!!
2) Trophees
Thank to Pierre Chatel, the diplomas are sent as much as possible with the reviews and the medal5000 & trophee1000 exist now and have already been created and sometimes given to our leaders of the classement.
3) Stickers
No news with the stickers in 2011. We have some money in the counts for this topic but we didn't use it yet, a little because there is too less money to manage a great enterprise with those stickers and this enterprise must be well planned and distributed. Perhaps in the year 2012. Don't hesitate to give us your opinion about this topic !
4) Reviews
The machine works for the production, a little less for the distribution and the timing. The production is rolling like ever but afterwards Dominique Jacquemin makes a fantastic work all along the year but disappointing due to some postal difficulties and to the new reviews ordered during the year. We had too less reviews in the year 2011 : it's not normal. The committtee is thinking currently about this problem and must find a solution in the coming weeks.
5) Newsletters
What a good work realized by the newsletter's team every three months. Helmuth is every time frightened by the job but every time finally satisfied and he can be satisfied. There is such a long time that Helmuth is busy with those newsletters. Fortunately, he has a great group in his sides. And one can be happy with the results, I think.
6) the forum
700 new messages during the year 2012. Not so much. The forum is still too less used.
7) the bankcounts
Our bank counts are now with a good health. It's a very good thing. Great background job from Christian Le Corre who is "the right man at the right place" for this work. Under silence, he stabilized the counts and gave opportunities to the challenge to go better and to manage its activities.
The 26th year of the challenge B.I.G was not the master-year of its existence but it was a good continuous year in the move of the last years. Sometimes, we need some break in our increasement because , growing too quick is sometimes a danger. Perhaps, will we suggest some new improvements in 2012 with promotions in magazines and so on, to begin the next climb of our dear challenge. Let's see it next year !
