* Our 6 priorities in the year 2018 whose approvements will be included in the moral report of 2019 are
1) corrections of the database mistakes (leader : R.Charbonnier)
2) increasing of the amount of contributing members (leader to be named)
3) improvement of the website to be more friendly (leader : Helmuth Dekkers)
4) adjustment altitudes/profiles (leader : Jean-Luc Le Tutour)
5) better communication and social feeds (leader to be named)
6) Ordering and selling of the new clothes (leader : Lina Karbauskiene)
* Our official meetings from 2020 to 2025 will happen in
2020 : Basque country + Operation 35-35
2021 : Jura
2022 : Sicilia/Sardinia
2023 : Cyprus
2024 : Central Alps
2025 : Central Europe
The formulas of those meetings will turn around 4-6 days but will be different all over the years

* The numbers 162, 834, 835, 895 and 904 of the superlist have been changed and places as "old" in the claims. The new ones has been introduced in the superlist. (done by Robert Charbonnier, Eric Lucas, Daniel Gobert, Etienne Mayeur)
* During 2018, a group will write a text to be signed up for a "code of conduct" and this text will be shown for voting for the GA 2019. A group called "judges of the members'claims" will be possibly able to be created temporarily if necessary during the year 2018 , to make the link between the vote in 2018 and the application in 2019, linked to a mistake in the text of the question and the ignorance of what does mean really "code of conduct". (leader to be named)
* During 2018, a formular must be sent to all the members of the B.I.G. to be able to suggest his/her candidature to one job in the committee for the year 2020 (leader of this formular, our secretary, Coen Schillemans)
