WEYTMANS Christiaan - 27-02-2020:
Very wise advise from Martin: I cycled it also from the Santa Cruz- site on 26-2-2020 but the first 19 km was not fun with the traffic: I cycled on the footpath and the lane of security.
The timetable is not correct: mostly I am in class 4, but instead of 3.45 I did 2.03. The first 2 km were very heavey: are you sure it is red instead
of black?

KOOL Martin - 01-11-2013:
I tried to take the ascent from Santa Cruz. Started on the Avenido Angel Romero. I stopped after a few minutes. A lot of traffic, tramrails and narrow. I stepped into the car and drove up the road to the TF 13. By bike on the TF 13 is impossible. It's a highway and no place for bikes. After all I started the ascent just after La Laguna for the last 10 km. They were OK. My advise: when you climb the Pico del Ingles -> start in San Andres. From there the ascent is beautiful, nice scenery and not busy at all.
