15-05-20154 months after the committee's meeting, what are the news ?
1) website
We decided to give a priority to the website. One month ago, we signed a Service Level Agreement, kind of professional contract, with the company Twinsit of our webmaster. That means that problems in the website will be solved in a shorter delay now. The proof : some problems like the names giving company to the photos, tracks to show on the roads, ... are already fixed.
The version V3 of the website is quite ready. It will show some additional capacities and will be in agreement with our last decisions, will give the place to the national challenges and our new rules with the 60 new coming alternative eastern climbs. Everyhting will be soon explained with precision here.
2) working groups
The working groups work slowly but surely. The Leading Committee listed completely all the actions that it must do during one year with only 3 members currently. The LC will pass to 6 persons and we'll show soon with great precision what we need coming from the new 3 volunteers ready to drive the B.I.G with us to the future. The group preparing the 60 alternative eastern climbs sent a first suggestion but this list is waiting for members coming from other eastern countries for giving their opinion. The group about the new contributions to pay, and the group working about the details of the new rules with the 60 new ones, worked and will send soon their decisions. The group with national managers hasn't currently as much members to work efficiently. Come inside to help us !
3) The meetings
The hungarian meeting and the german meeting already happened. You can have a look in the spotilight box to see them. More, the greek meeting, longly managed with many difficulties was a real great unforgettable adventure for the participants. Look in the menu "meeting", "Greece" to the news about this meeting.
