June 2000 cycled Rue Des Grandes Alpes Geneva to Menton over major French Alpine passes in two weeks.

April 2007 cycled length of Ireland from Mizen to Malin (south to north) in a week to support Cancer Research, raising £4000 in memory also of parents deaths due to cancer
