2018 GENERAL ASSEMBLY
29-11-2017According to our AISBL statutes, a General Assembly must happen every year. The members taking part in this GA are those ones included in the menu "organisation" and the members with more than 500 claims. That means now approximatively 50 persons. This GA will happen in Brussels in the beginning of the year 2018. This location will be different the years after. There will be three steps :
1) sending of a PDF form at the very beginning of the year 2018, with 6 chapters : the moral and activities report, the financial report, the coming changes in the superlist, the official meetings 2021-2025, the committee's elections in the year 2020 and the targets 2018.
2) The GA itself, just a little later, with the presence of some members and prcurations with texts sent to some of them by those who can't be there this precise day at this precise place. The goal of the AG is to debate about the contents of the PDF and to write the precise questions that will be voted just afterwards.
3) During the 2 weeks following the GA, an electronic private vote will be managed for the 50 persons required. It will happen with a full transparent security. The results of the votes will appear in our website just after the votes and in the annual review. The committee will apply the consequences of those results..
